Impronta Espresso Ristorante
What a surprise find. I thought I knew all the best restaurants in Leederville, but had missed this absolute gem that’s hiding right there in plain sight. We were a party of five and decided to share all our entrees and mains. So many interesting, flavoursome and well-executed Italian dishes. And the staff were fantastic too. If you want to a try an Italian restaurant with a difference, you 100% have to put Impronta on your hit list.

This is the best. One of the outstanding things for me was the waiter/owner knew everything from where the family recipe came from, where the ingredients were sourced, how it was prepared, and the best wine to accompany each course.Treat yourself, this is how dining should be done.

Food was really tasty and service was good. We were able to keep our table beyond the normal 90 minutes. While bills aren't itemised, they are wiling to equally divide a bill which is helpful. The starters were particularly delicious followed by the sticky date pudding. Personally I found the mains the least enticing of the three - but that would be very dependent on taste ! I am not a massive pasta eater... and I love parmesan whether it is supposed to be on top or not !~

I met over breakfast with two girlfriends. Excellent meal. It was understandable that the owner or person on duty was reluctant to give us a roomier table as it was peak hour. We enjoyed having a little more space. Once we'd finished, we were subtly urged to settle the bill and leave. Otherwise, it's a lovely venue.

Enjoyed an early dinner with a friend prior to going to the movies.Food was amazing.Stracciatella - great flavours with the peach well grilled. You could taste the balsamic in the pearls and the basil oil.Carpaccio di manzo - very subtlety flavoured and complex. Enjoyed it.Toasted beetroot with labneh - another tasty dish. Beetroot was warm and perfectly cooked. Great flavours.There was a 4th dish which I forgot to photograph until we had started eating it and that was the Sicilian arancini and we just loved it.We had 4 entrees then we went off for some cheese for dessert.

Had lunch here last week and it was so good. Everyone loved their meals (anchovies on toast, gnocchi and a salad) and considering the quality the prices were surprisingly reasonable.Returned for dinner Saturday night. Had ravioli and it was incredible. I like the old school confident, masculine vibe. Attentive efficient service.

Love this place. Really delicious food. Had the beef carpaccio and white anchovy dish for starters. The anchovy dish was sensational. Best anchovies I have ever had! Good wine list and super nice staff too. Highly recommend.
