From one Chef to another - I think it's time to seriously revise your recipes and methods.Once your pasta is al dente; put it through an ice bath to stop it cooking. If you accidentally over-cook as we inevitably do at times ... for goodness sake, throw it out.So my Carbonara last night was binned. The pasta was over-cooked and the sauce was bland. I couldn't taste any salt, pepper, parmesan and what I assume was cream, didn't taste like cream. It actually tasted like watery bechamel with zero seasoning.The beef schnitzel was over-cooked, dark brown and rock hard. That followed the carbonara into the bin. You don't need to cook beef to a crisp like that; it's fine golden brown.Two pieces of garlic bread is fine in this financial climate - it just needed to be a bit thicker to retain some softness in the middle.My Caesar salad was fine.All the best.

It's been going down hill. I've ordered a few times now and extras have hardly been added to the pasta, but tonight I thought I would give them another go but, not again. I ordered garlic bread which cost 8.99 and I only got 3 slices, when you get a loan from the pizza shop for 4

Paid for creamy garlic prawns and extra $2 for the fettuccine. I must be blind because I can’t see any pasta at all … only the sauce and I think there’s 3 prawns

Though I would give this place another go after a bad experience months prior. Pros were it was super fast and ready for collection as soon as I walked in the door. Unfortunately that’s where the pros finished. Paid $8.99 for cheesy garlic bread and received 2, yes only 2 slices of disappointment slapped with cheese. I ordered the meat balls and not only was there only 5 small meat balls the pasta was dry with hardly any sauce and it lacked any sort of flavour. Wish I went with my gut and ordered elsewhere.

Very much unimpressed to say the most!Ordered UberEats with the creamy salmon pasta and my husband has had one bite into the salmon and there is STILL BONES in the fish and swallowed one before he realised! A major hazard if little ones were to consume the food!! This is extremely dangerous and very harmful! Will not be ordering again!!

We ordered 2 dishes, One was a tomato/pasta/chicken dish which was great. Tasty at minimal. The 2nd dish was a main, when delivered we had found it only consisted about 8-10 small prawns & a creamy sauce… we payed $18 for this. We called the store assuming that there was a mix up and that they hadn’t also delivered the pasta with the main. After an argument with a staff member & them hanging up on me we gave up and refused to re visit the store again.Terrible customer service, terrible menu description, over priced food.

Really disappointing Mother’s Day dinner. Tasted so bland and left a floury taste in our mouths like the sauce was made of undercooked white sauce not cream. Missing ingredients and the ones that were in it were minimal and extremely poor quality. We called to discuss the missing ingredients but it was so difficult to communicate the issue and after being hung up on twice we gave up.When this first opened it was fantastic but the quality is not what it once was and we will not be ordering again.

I've ordered from here before and enjoyed the food. This Spinich and Ricotta Cannelloni meal was inedible though. Cold, watery, tasteless and it went straight in the bin. Sorry but I'd never order from here again. I'd give it 0 stars if I could. Sad
